Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

• The return request must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered

• All original tags must be attached

• The garment must be returned in its original condition and packaging

Items that show signs of wear, use, or damage will not be accepted.

Made-to-Order Consideration

Because each Pianissimo garment is produced specifically for you, we encourage thoughtful purchasing. While we do accept returns within the stated window, excessive or repeated returns may be subject to review.

Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or refund.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer care team within 14 days of delivery with your order number. Once approved, return instructions will be provided.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is deemed defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Please allow up to 5–7 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your financial institution.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item or size, we recommend placing a new order.
